A simple CRM for small businesses

Kunde Saker brings customer emails, contact details and follow-up together. It helps teams handle customer cases from a shared mailbox with clear ownership and history.

What is a CRM?

A CRM helps a team manage customer relationships. Kunde Saker connects the contact, email conversation, tasks and internal notes so colleagues can see who owns a case and its current stage.

When a shared inbox is no longer enough

When several colleagues read the same mailbox, responsibility can become unclear. Assign one case owner, record a customer phone call and add a follow-up task while keeping the email history together.

Getting started

Connect one shared IMAP mailbox and an SMTP service that permits cloud-based sending. Create New, In progress, Waiting for customer and Done stages. Invite colleagues using invitation links and agree who assigns incoming cases.

Pricing in NOK

Try Kunde Saker for 30 days without a payment card. Continued access costs NOK 99 per month, billed as NOK 297 every three months. The workspace locks after the trial unless it has an active paid subscription.

Check your workflow first

Use test messages to check receiving, assignment, tasks and replies. Each organization supports one connected mailbox. Incoming attachment downloads currently require your email client. Your email provider must support the authentication and sending method you use.
