KUNDE SAKER HELP
Connect email using IMAP
Automatic server discovery, Gmail, Hotmail and manual settings.
Enter the email address your team will share and choose “Find email settings”. Discovery does not need a password.
Gmail and Hotmail / Outlook.com use provider sign-in. The service administrator must activate Google/Microsoft sign-in before those buttons are available.
For other providers, Kunde Saker looks for published IMAP and SMTP settings. Review the suggested server names. IMAP receives email; SMTP sends replies. POP3 is not used.
If discovery is unavailable, enter the settings supplied by your email provider. IMAP uses 993 (TLS) or 143 (STARTTLS). SMTP uses 465 (TLS) or 587 (STARTTLS).
Enter the mailbox password or app password, not your Kunde Saker password. SMTP may use separate credentials. Choose “Test and connect”. Both connections must succeed before saving.
In Outlook, enable IMAP under Settings → Mail → Forwarding and IMAP. Google app passwords require two-step verification and are not available for every account type.
