Get help with receiving, sending and provider restrictions.
Test IMAP first using the existing mailbox password, not a newly generated browser password.
Test SMTP separately. Successful login does not guarantee delivery. Some providers, including smtp.domeneshop.no, prohibit cloud-based sending.
If IMAP works, keep receiving and choose another outgoing service. The Kunde Saker option becomes available when our service is enabled.
Contact support with the hostname, port and failing step. Wizard diagnostics appear below without passwords or message content.
