Help with email setup
Get help with receiving, sending and provider restrictions.
Choose Gmail, Microsoft 365 or Hotmail / Outlook.com if that is your provider. Sign in at the provider with the account that has access to the mailbox.
For Another provider, use the mailbox password or app password. The wizard checks receiving first and then sending.
With password-based setup, Kundesaker sending may be offered if receiving works and your own sending fails. You choose this explicitly. Google and Microsoft sign-in do not switch to this option after a sending error.
Contact support with the provider, error and step that failed. A successful connection check verifies sign-in but sends no test message.
