Terms of use for Kundesaker
Business use of the workspace, mailbox connections and subscriptions.
Supplier: Waseem Mirza Consulting
v/Mishkaat Norge, Tøyengata 2, Grønland basar, 0190 Oslo, Norway
Supplier and service
Kundesaker is a business CRM service supplied by Waseem Mirza Consulting, Norwegian organization number 926 272 152. Contact post@waseem.no about the agreement and support@kundesaker.no for product support.
Access and responsible use
You must be authorized to create the workspace and connect mailboxes on behalf of the business. The business manages team access and is responsible for lawful content and sending. Do not use the service for spam, fraud or unauthorized access. Protect your sign-in and report suspected misuse.
Trial and subscription
The 60-day trial requires no payment card and does not result in automatic charges. A paid subscription starts only when the organization owner orders it. The price is NOK 99 per month. All prices exclude VAT, which is added.
The subscription can be paid by card or by annual invoice. By card, NOK 297 is charged every quarter through Stripe. By invoice, NOK 1,188 is paid for one year at a time. Price, taxes and period are shown before ordering and stated in the order confirmation or on the invoice.
The subscription includes 1 GB of storage per workspace for email, replies, attachments and internal notes. Usage is shown in Settings → Subscription. When you approach or pass 1 GB, we notify you, and you can clean up the workspace or agree on more storage. The service is not suspended automatically because of storage use.
Manage the subscription in Settings → Subscription. With card payment, cancellation stops further renewal and access continues until the end of the paid period. Contact us about invoice errors or refunds. Cancelling a subscription does not itself delete workspace data.
Annual invoice
When ordering, the owner provides invoice details: company name, organization number, billing address, invoice email address and contact person. The customer is responsible for keeping these details correct and current. The invoice is sent to the email address provided, and the payment deadline is stated on the invoice.
Access opens or continues once the supplier has registered the payment. An order placed during the trial applies from the end of the trial. If payment has not been registered when the trial or paid period ends, the workspace is locked until it is. The supplier may extend access temporarily, for example while a payment is on its way. If the first invoice is paid after its start date, the period runs for one year from when payment is registered.
The subscription renews automatically for one year at a time. A new invoice is sent about one month before renewal. Cancel in Settings → Subscription at least one month before the renewal date. Later cancellation renews the subscription once more, and it ends when that year is over. If no period has been paid, the order ends immediately. Contact us about an invoice that has already been sent. A cancellation can be withdrawn before it takes effect.
Price changes
The supplier may change prices with at least two months of written notice to the organization owner. For annual invoicing, the new price applies to yearly periods starting on or after the change date. For card payment, it applies from the first billing period starting after the change date. The customer may cancel before the change takes effect, following the cancellation rules in these terms.
Payment and late payment
The invoice must be paid by the due date stated on it, normally 14 days after the invoice date. If it is not paid by the due date, the supplier may claim the following.
Late payment interest under sections 2 and 3 of the Norwegian Late Payment Interest Act (forsinkelsesrenteloven) from the due date until payment. The rate is set every six months and is 12.25 percent per year from 1 July 2026.
Standard compensation for recovery costs under section 3 a of the same Act, equivalent to EUR 40 in Norwegian kroner. From 1 July 2026 the amount is NOK 430.
A reminder fee under section 1-2 of the Debt Collection Regulations (inkassoforskriften) for a written reminder sent at the earliest 14 days after the due date that states the amount and what the claim concerns. The fee is one twentieth of the collection rate, NOK 37.50 in 2026, for at most two reminders per invoice (section 1-3). Reminder fees and other out-of-court recovery costs are deducted from the standard compensation (section 2-6).
If the claim remains unpaid after a reminder, the supplier may send a debt collection notice with at least 14 days to pay and then refer the claim to debt collection. The customer then covers recovery costs within the limits of the Debt Collection Act and its regulations.
The amounts above are the rates in force when the terms were updated. The statutory rates in force at any time apply. The workspace is locked when the paid period ends without registered payment.
Email and external providers
Mailbox connections require consent and appropriate provider permissions. Kundesaker can import messages from the selected start date, send replies and synchronize case folders at the provider. Check recipients, content and attachments before sending. You can pause a mailbox or revoke provider access; this does not delete cases already imported.
Provider policies, consent, networks and service incidents can affect synchronization and sending. Features under testing or awaiting provider approval are not confirmed for general use. Check connection status and error messages.
Customer data and ending service
The business retains rights to its data. Personal-data processing is described in the privacy page and data processing agreement. Contact us about export, deletion or retention when ending service. An agreement marked as a draft is not a finalized data processing agreement.
Order details
Separately agreed order terms apply to the relevant order. Annual invoicing applies for one year at a time. Beyond this, this page introduces no fees, lock-in period or separate uptime guarantee. Contact the supplier if anything is unclear before ordering or connecting business data.
Changes to these terms
The supplier may change these terms. Material changes to the customer’s disadvantage are notified to the organization owner in writing, by email or by a message in Kundesaker, at least two months before they take effect. Changes required by law, regulation or officially set rates may apply from when they are set.
The owner accepts new terms in Settings → Subscription. The customer may cancel the subscription before a change takes effect, following the cancellation rules in these terms.
Governing law and disputes
The agreement is governed by Norwegian law. The parties shall first try to resolve disagreements through negotiation. If that fails, either party may bring the matter before the ordinary courts, with Oslo District Court as the agreed venue.
