Trial and subscription
60 days without a card. Then NOK 297 each quarter by card, or NOK 1,188 per year by invoice.
The trial starts when the organization is created. No card is required and there is no automatic charge at expiry.
After 60 days the workspace locks unless there is paid access. Trial expiry does not delete your data.
After expiry, the owner can activate payment through Stripe once billing is configured. The price is NOK 99 per month excluding VAT, billed as NOK 297 every three months excluding VAT.
You can add a payment card in Settings → Subscription during your trial. This does not start a subscription. Paid access and invoices update automatically when Stripe confirms payment.
The owner manages payment methods, invoices and the subscription in the billing portal. Cancellation preserves access through the paid period.
The owner can choose Pay by invoice in Settings → Subscription instead. The invoice covers one year and goes to the email address you enter. Access opens or continues once payment is registered. Cancel at least one month before renewal; later cancellation takes effect at the end of the following year.
The subscription includes 1 GB of storage for email, replies, attachments and notes. Usage is shown in Settings → Subscription, with a warning at 80 % and 100 %. The owner finds an invoice basis for each invoice, with supplier, customer, period and VAT, under Settings → Subscription and can print it or save it as PDF. Invoices normally have 14 days to pay; late payment may incur statutory interest, standard compensation and a reminder fee. Price changes are emailed at least two months before they apply.
